About these terms
This website is operated by ML Psychology Rockhampton ("ML Psychology", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this website is for
This website provides general information about the clinical supervision services offered by Melinda Libke. It is an information and enquiry tool only. Using the site, or submitting an enquiry through it, does not create a supervision relationship, a client relationship, or any other professional engagement between you and ML Psychology.
A supervision relationship begins only when it has been discussed and agreed directly with Melinda, and any applicable supervision agreement has been put in place.
Enquiries submitted through this site
When you send an enquiry using the contact form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not include clinical details about identifiable clients, sensitive health information, or anything confidential in your enquiry. Initial enquiries are not a secure channel and should be kept brief.
We aim to respond to enquiries within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee a response, availability, or the acceptance of any supervision request.
Fees
Fees shown on this website are current at the time of publication and are in Australian dollars. Fees may change, and the fee applicable to your supervision will be the one confirmed with you directly before supervision commences.
